Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain engineering systems, components, or processes Perform analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure performance and reliability Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and safety requirements Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities Required Skills & Experience Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline Proven experience in an engineering role (industry-specific experience advantageous) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and data Good communication and teamwork skills Proficiency in relevant engineering tools/software Desirable (but not essential) Professional certification or chartered status Experience in [specific tools, standards, or methodologies] Project management or leadership experience
