Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our clients Bristol-based team. You will play a critical role in supporting project delivery by managing and maintaining all project documentation, particularly Quality Assurance (QA) and Health & Safety records. Your work will directly contribute to the creation of comprehensive Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals for district heating projects. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to collect, review, and organise all project documentation. Maintain accurate records of QA and Health & Safety documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all documents are correctly formatted, up-to-date, and filed in accordance with company and industry standards. Compile and produce high-quality Operation and Maintenance manuals for completed projects. Track document revisions and ensure version control is maintained. Support audits and compliance checks by providing timely access to required documentation. Assist in developing and improving document control procedures and systems. Requirements Proven experience in a document control or administrative role within construction, engineering, or mechanical services. Familiarity with QA and Health & Safety documentation processes. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
