What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments in clients’ homes across Leicester to determine their adaptation needs for enhanced accessibility.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement major home adaptation plans.
* Provide expert advice and support to clients and families to facilitate independence and improve quality of life.
* Liaise with contractors and other professionals to ensure adaptations are installed effectively and meet safety and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with HCPC standards.
Candidates must be HCPC registered and hold a valid UK driving licence to travel across the city for home assessments.
