We’re looking for a Wholesale Operations Assistant to join our team and help support the day to day running of our global wholesale business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate quick problem solving and provide support across the wholesale department. Working with both internal and external stakeholders such as logistics, finance, sales teams, 3PL warehouse and couriers to provide best practice to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities - Including but not limited to:

* Act as the main point of contact for JOSEPH Wholesale accounts, working with multiple international partners.
* Communicate with wholesale clients to provide order updates, shipping schedules and assist with general enquiries such as after sales and stock returns.
* Work in close partnership with the internal logistics and warehouse teams, to manage shipments, deliveries, and returns.
* Assist with wholesale dispatches to provide shipping documentation including invoices, packing lists, and customs information.
* Liaise with internal departments, working closely with the sales team to help drive account growth and selling opportunities with reorders and swaps.
* Ad Hoc support during wholesale market, sharing seasonal order confirmations.
* Provide administrative support to the wholesale operations team as and when required.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in any of the following: wholesale, operations, supply chain, ideally within luxury retail.
* Strong organisational skills & attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment & prioritise workload.
* Excellent communication skills- verbal and written.
* Goal oriented, self-sufficient, and values continuous improvement.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, including basic understanding of excel.
* Experience in using NAV & or similar ERP systems.

Preferred:

* Second langue would be beneficial but not essential
* Familiarity with fashion industry cycles and terminology.
