Production Test Engineer – Electronics / Electromechanical
This is a shopfloor, production test role supporting operations in a high-reliability, regulated environment.
You'll be responsible for setting up and running production tests on a variety of electronic and electromechanical products, following documented procedures, and completing test documentation. The work is project-based, with new systems and products coming through regularly — it's not repetitive end-of-line testing.
What you'll be doing
• Setting up test equipment and carrying out production testing in line with defined test procedures
• Testing a range of electronic boards, interfaces, cables and multi-servo systems
• Using some ATE / test interfaces as part of the production test environment
• Fault-finding test failures and feeding back to Production and Manufacturing Engineering to support process improvements
• Raising MRBs / defect reports where required
• Supporting other members of the Test team and working to production deadlines
• Maintaining and repairing test equipment where necessary

• On-site shop floor role supporting operations test
• 9-day fortnight available
• Based primarily in Loudwater
