* ms.Optimise performance against KPIs including ROAS, revenue growth, customer acquisition and profitabili
* ty.Analyse campaign performance and provide clear recommendations to clien
* ts.Lead regular client meetings and performance revie
* ws.Manage budgets, forecasting and campaign paci
* ng.Work collaboratively with creative, analytics and client services tea
* ms.Support and mentor junior members of the te

About
YouEssential Experi
* ence3+ years' experience in paid media, ideally within an agency environm
* ent.Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads and M
* eta.Experience managing ecommerce and retail-focused campai
* gns.Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and commercial objecti
* ves.Confident presenting results and recommendations to clie
* nts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving ski
* lls.Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneou
sly.
Desirable Exper
* ienceExperience with Google Shopping and Performance
* Max.Knowledge of GA4 and attribution methodolo
