You'll champion a culture of continuous improvement in safety, health, and environmental performance, supporting our teams to consistently uphold the highest standards.Experienced SHE professional with a strong track record in ensuring operational compliance with regulatory, client, and corporate standards through proactive risk management and continuous improvement.You'll be skilled in supporting the implementation of SHE and CDM requirements, delivering engaging training, inductions, and awareness campaigns, and providing expert technical guidance to operational and engineering teams.You'll have experienced in incident investigation, root cause analysis, competency assessment, and performance trend analysis to drive targeted interventions and organisational learning. Known for maintaining a visible on-site presence, fostering a positive reporting culture, and supporting professional development through collaborative, innovative approaches to safety, health, and environmental excellence.What youll bring?
