Due to expansion, they are currently looking to recruit an Service Administrator in Chadderton. To liaise with operations colleagues, external contractors, suppliers and the customer to ensure the effective allocation of jobs to ensure completion within agreed timescales & maximising engineer productivity. Ensure compliance with associated statutory regulations. Job Duties Assess returned jobs on asolvi and generate revisits as follows Request uplifts on return jobs where required Raise purchase orders for goods required for jobs (once uplifts agreed for contracts which require additional funding) Record pods in pod log Raise purchase orders for van stock requirements Chase suppliers and update proof of delivery on log and asolvi Raise orders for lifters on supplier portal/monitor job for off hire Assist with invoice queries Check portals are updated by engineers, updating where necessary Load certificates to portals where applicable
