Pay: £90 – £120 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel are seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to work across a variety of secondary schools in Staffordshire. You’ll supervise classes, deliver pre-set work, and ensure pupils stay on task in the absence of their usual teacher.
Please note: applicants must have prior experience working with young people in a school setting — applicants without this experience will not be suitable.
Your Role:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons to secondary pupils
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure engagement
* Build positive relationships with staff and students
* Support the school day-to-day with flexible cover requirements
* Work across a range of subjects and year groups
We’re Looking For:
* Experience working in a school environment (essential)
* Confident classroom presence and strong behaviour management
* Reliable, adaptable and proactive people
* A passion for supporting young people
* A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
