Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and effective one-to-one or small group tutoring sessions
Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement
Develop personalized lesson plans and revision materials
Track progress and provide feedback to students and parents
Motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of GCSE curriculum in your chosen subject(s)
Previous tutoring or teaching experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, understandable way
DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) is desirable
