Overview

Responsibilities
As a Level 1 Air Tightness Tester, you will:
* Conduct air tightness tests on domestic dwellings.
* Review architectural designs to identify and improve air leakage issues.
* Provide consultancy to reduce risks and enhance energy efficiency.
* Prepare detailed reports and recommend remedial actions.
* Collaborate with clients and project teams to meet regulatory targets.
Qualifications
To thrive as a Level 1 Air Tightness Tester, you’ll need:
* Level 1 Air Tightness Tester certification.
* Knowledge of Part L of the Building Regulations 2021.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* A valid UK driving licence (travel required across Newcastle/nearby areas).
