Key Responsibilities
1. Act as a central support function across multiple projects and programmes, ensuring alignment to delivery standards and project methodology.
2. Collaborate closely with the Senior Business Analyst, providing hands-on support with project scoping, planning, and monitoring.
3. Drive adoption of project management best practices and frameworks (e.g., P3O, PRINCE2, Agile).
4. Work across departments to gather business requirements, assess project viability, and support change initiatives.
5. Assist with resource coordination across projects and programmes to improve delivery efficiency.
6. Provide visibility into project and programme status, risks, and dependencies.
7. Support the definition and control of change requests across business and product teams.
8. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
9. Work with product teams to ensure technical debt is identified and factored into ongoing planning and prioritisation.
10. Help to establish improved governance, reporting, and project portfolio oversight processes.
