We don’t just provide care—we transform lives. Your Mission: We’re looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care Coordinator to lead our amazing care team. This is a hands-on role where your organisation, leadership, and care expertise directly impact the lives of our clients What You’ll Do: * Manage a team of care staff and their rotas (700 hours/week) * Take on new clients and care packages to help the business grow * Conduct risk assessments and care plan assessments * Provide hands-on care when needed * Join our out-of-hours on-call rota * Use care management systems like Birdie (or similar) * Confidently work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); SharePoint is a bonus What We’re Looking For: * NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) * 2 years’ experience as a Care Coordinator (preferred) * Driving licence and access to a car * Passionate about delivering high-quality care and leading a tea Why You’ll Love Working With Us: * Competitive salary * Free DBS check * Ongoing training & support to complete care qualifications * Staff recognition & reward schemes * Supportive, professional, and career-focused environment
