Skills and ExperienceWe are seeking three new Trustees withexpertisein one or more of the following areas:
* Finance ideally with experience in financial oversight or charity finance at board or senior level.
* Human Resources typically at executive or board level.
* Commissioning, Audit & Risk, or Digital Transformation.
We welcome applications from individuals who share our vision and values and can bring diverse perspectives.
Commitment
* Term: Three years, renewable up to six years.
* Approximately one day per month (Board meetings, committees, AGM, and strategic away day).
* Most meetings are held remotelyby Teams however approximately two per year will be held in person, usually these are theAGM and away days.
The closing datefor applications is 12thDecember 2025 with interviews tobe held early January 2026.
An Enhanced DBS check and National Offender Management Service vetting will be conducted for this position.
