About The Role BeaconMedaes is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. This role involves working across various warehouse functions including Goods In, Picking, Dispatch, and Inventory Management. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of stock and orders within our warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Verify incoming and outgoing stock against delivery manifests Perform final product preparation (kitting) Participate in daily cycle counting and stock accuracy checks Book stock into the system using SAP Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders Put away stock and manage stock rotation Refill warehouse locations using Kanban systems Match delivery notes with purchase orders Load and unload delivery vehicles Carry out general warehouse duties as required Note: This role can be physically demanding and may involve heavy lifting. Person Specification Essential Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment Strong communication skills (written and verbal) High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure PC literate – basic computer skills required (SAP training provided) Desirable Valid Combilift / Bendi forklift licence (training can be provided) What We Offer A supportive, collaborative working environment, within a high-performance team.
