The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As the Collision Repair Digital Sales Leader for the 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division (AAD) in the UK and Ireland, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
1. Leading 3M’s digital sales activities in the UK and Ireland collision repair markets.
2. Defining and implementing the future organisation and sales structure in the region.
3. Driving digital engagement and commercial execution to accelerate sales growth.
4. Leveraging digital tools and analytics to enhance customer experiences and sales efficiency.
5. Developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with business objectives.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximise sales and market penetration.
7. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors and end-users.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
1. Broad understanding of the collision repair industry from varied roles or perspectives.
2. Strong relationship-building skills with a competitive and results-driven mindset.
3. Well-organized self-starter with excellent time management capabilities.
4. Proficiency in Salesforce.com or other CRM tools for activity tracking, opportunity pipeline and customer management.
5. Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix structure and manage complexity.
6. Strong analytical skills with keen attention to details.
7. Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, from the boardroom to the shop floor.
8. Experience in inventory management or digital solutions in an industrial setting.
9. Growth mindset and a track record of delivering measurable sales results.
Job specifics:
1. Home location but willingness and ability to travel as the role covers all the UK and Ireland.
2. Working pattern (full time).
3. Remuneration details: competitive salary package, benefits package, company car, sales incentive plan based on the assigned targets.
