About The Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a specialist setting supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position, starting in September 2026, with the chance to become a permanent member of a supportive and rewarding educational environment.
As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a recruitment day at the start of July 2026, which will include an interview and classroom-based activities to give you a feel for the role and environment.Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
* Assist teaching staff in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Support students with communication, behaviour and personal development
* Encourage independence, confidence and life skills
* Help maintain a safe, positive and inclusive learning environment
Ideal Candidate
* Experience supporting individuals with SEN (e.g. ASD, SEMH, PMLD, MLD)
* Passionate about making a difference in education
* Patient, empathetic and resilient
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn and develop
