About the Role
We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Bank Support Workers to join our team in Plymouth. This flexible role is perfect for those who want to make a difference while choosing when they work.
You’ll work within our clients’ homes, providing high-quality support that empowers individuals to live as independently as possible.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Providing personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting with moving and handling
* Assisting with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
* Encouraging participation in social and leisure activities
* Promoting independence, dignity, and choice in every aspect of care
About You:
* Caring, empathetic, and committed to helping others
* Reliable, flexible, and a good communicator
* Previous experience in care is desirable, but not essential full training will be provided
* Must be eligible to work in the UK
* Full UK driving licence is desirable
