We are seeking an Employee Relations Officer to join our client's dynamic and growing organisation in the field of chartered accountancy.They offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:Hybrid & flexible workingWell-being allowance of £400 per annumPaid birthday off and volunteering dayEmployer pension scheme with increased contributions based on length of service25 days of annual leave + Bank holidays (Pro rata)Responsibilities:Assist the HR Manager in a generalist capacity, contributing to the full employee life cycleSupport recruitment processes, including managing the recruitment in-box, liaising with agencies, advertising, and conducting initial interviewsCollaborate on the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to staff and managersResolve employee relations cases and address HR issuesOffer support and guidance to staff on family-friendly matters and assist in related paperworkParticipate in the annual performance management programmeContribute to various HR projects as requiredEnsure timely and accurate payroll and benefits reporting to the finance teamCoordinate staff induction processes and effectively manage the probation periodHandle additional duties as necessary to maintain the efficient operation of the HR departmentRequirements:Strong knowledge of employment lawExceptional verbal and written communication skillsComprehensive understanding of HR best practicesProficiency in HRIS systems and the MS Office SuiteFor a comprehensive job description, please contact Clare, Alex or Denise at Adecco Romford (option 2).
