Permanent, Full Time (37.5 hpw). Earn £12.60 per hour (£24,638 per annum).

Typical day as our Support Worker
* Support customers with mental health and/or complex needs, with daily living tasks, building independence and achieving goals in support plans.
* Assist with meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, and moving towards independent living.
* Complete risk assessments, support planning, goal setting, and reviews.
* Time for chats, relationship building, and teamwork, no rushing between customers.
