Hear From a Colleague
"My experience working with Rodericks Dental Partners has been rewarding and enriching. I've had the opportunity to work alongside a supportive and professional team, which helped me grow personally and professionally. I have enjoyed the patient interaction and variety of treatments we assist with. Being able to support patients throughout their dental journey, especially those who may be anxious, and seeing their confidence grow has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve gained valuable clinical skills, built confidence, and developed stronger communication skills. One moment that stood out was helping a very anxious patient who hadn't seen a dentist in years; by the end of the appointment, they were visibly more relaxed and thanked me personally for making the experience easier." – Nilly, Qualified Dental Nurse
