Interim Health and Safety Manager – Manufacturing & Transport – Avonmouth
Day Rate: £300-£400 (Inside IR35)

Are you an experienced Health and Safety professional who thrives on making a real impact? We’re working with a well-established Manufacturing and Transport organisation in Avonmouth who are looking for an Interim Health and Safety Manager to support their site over the next 3 to 6 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity to drive meaningful change and support a busy operational environment with a strong focus on cultural improvement and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a full gap analysis and provide a clear action plan
Work closely with on-site teams to positively influence H&S culture
Support the closure of outstanding actions and audit recommendations
Guide and mentor the on-site Health and Safety Advisor
Be a visible, hands-on presence across the operation What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar H&S leadership role within Manufacturing or Transport
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Ability to engage teams at all levels and lead by example
