Independent Community Care Management (ICCM) is part of CCH and is looking for a Complex Care Assistant to work overnight in a family home in Northampton.
Pay
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Shifts
Shifts: 21:00 – 08:00, shifts available across the week and weekend
Driver required: A driver is not required for this role.
Job Description
Working in the family home of a young adult, you will provide care and support throughout the night. The client uses a wheelchair due to spinal muscular atrophy and requires a ventilator at night. He enjoys playing computer games, watching TV, bowling and going to the cinema. This role requires a confident, caring and friendly care professional. A pet dog is present, so animal lovers are welcome.
Key tasks include:
* Personal care
* Support airway throughout the night
* Ventilator management
* Repositioning in wheelchair
Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally have some care experience. We provide full nurse‑led training, so this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills as a complex care assistant and be part of a team that makes a real difference.
