What You’ll Be Doing
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best care and support. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering care to our clients and building strong relationships.
* Reviewing care plans and conducting quality checks with clients and their families.
* Supporting carers with supervision (and enjoying coffee and cake while you’re at it!).
* Carrying out audits and ensuring our high standards are met.
* Overseeing new carers by providing shadowing opportunities and assisting with onboarding.
* Introducing carers to new clients and ensuring smooth transitions.
* Alternate weekends required.
* Taking on on-call duties approximately 1 in 5 weeks, including covering holidays or sickness.

Qualifications and Requirements
* NVQ 2 or willing to work towards
* Proven supervisory experience in a care setting
* Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team
* Ability to develop and implement care plans effectively
* Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, clients, and families
* Valid driving licence to facilitate transportation needs
* Familiarity with care practices
* Basic IT skills for documentation and communication purposes
* You should have access to reliable transport as some of our clients live in rural locations
