Business Solution Lead – SAP – Corporate Functions - Travel to Sites required – Up to £100,000 plus Benefits
Our leading UK infrastructure client is seeking an experienced Business Solutions Lead to drive IT solutions that directly support key business functions and ensure strong alignment between technology delivery and business objectives. This is a pivotal leadership role requiring a solid SAP hands-on technical background, alongside recent experience in business-facing roles across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain/Logistics.
This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, supporting corporate functions while also reviewing technical documentation and contributing to key technical decisions. The role demands strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, as well as deep knowledge across Finance, HR, and Supply Chain/Logistics solutions. You will be responsible for leading large-scale, complex IT programmes that address broad and evolving business needs.

Key Requirements:
* Strong team, vendor, and stakeholder management skills
* Technical SAP background
* ERP (nice to have)

* Ideally from a maritime or logistics industry background
* Ability to lead large-scale, complex IT programmes
* Experience managing system integrators to deliver business outcomes
Location: Remote, ideally based near Southampton, Hull, Newport, London or Cardiff, with willingness to travel
Salary: Up to £100,000 plus bonus and benefits
