The Role:
I am working with a local school who are enthusiastic to welcome a new member of support staff. This role is part-time and the school is flexible to accommodate a variety of external commitments, making this opportunity perfect for those with other roles elsewhere or parental responsibilities. Successful candidates will be working with SEND students, so a strong experience in these needs is essential. This may be from previous roles within education settings, support or care backgrounds.
The School:
The school has a dedicated space for SEN students, where a dedicated curriculum is created to benefit the educational journey of individuals, but done so in a safe environment. Outside of this space, SEN support is implemented through in-class support, SEMH interventions and homework support. Due to the school's ideal location, applicants are encouraged to apply from surrounding areas, including Bath and Chippenham. Staff are incredibly proud to be working at this school, supported by a strong management structure to create a positive working environment for everyone.
Why?
Working with others: Collaborating with experienced professionals as part of a supportive team.
Future opportunities: Building relationships with local schools to support the next stage in your career.
Inspire the next generation: Become an integral part of students' academic and emotional support system as a role model.
