Senior Associate – Court of Protection
Hybrid | Court of Protection Team | Higgs LLP
Are you an experienced Court of Protection lawyer looking to step into a senior role where you can make a real difference?
At Higgs, we are growing our Court of Protection team and are looking for a Senior Associate to lead on complex, meaningful work supporting vulnerable clients and their families.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload including:
* Property & financial affairs and (where relevant) health & welfare matters
* Deputyship applications, contested matters, and statutory wills
* Ongoing administration of deputyships and reporting
You’ll work closely with deputies, attorneys, trustees, and families, providing clear, compassionate advice.

* Build strong relationships with clients and professionals
* Mentor and support junior team members
* Contribute to business development and team growth
* Deliver excellent client care and uphold compliance standards

* Strong Court of Protection experience
* Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
* A collaborative approach with excellent client relationship skills
* Passion for delivering high-quality, empathetic legal services
