SEN Teaching Assistant - 1:1 Support Company: Monarch Education Location: Stroud Pay: £88.92 - £130.35 per day (depending on experience & qualifications) Job Type: Full‑Time / Long‑Term About the Role Monarch Education is currently recruiting an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs within a well-regarded primary school in the Stroud area. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about helping children succeed both academically and emotionally. Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 support to a pupil with Special Educational Needs. Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering personalised learning activities. Encourage positive behaviour and help the pupil access the curriculum. Monitor progress and provide feedback to teaching staff and parents. Support emotional regulation, communication, and social development.
