7PDS Accountancy Services Ltd is currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join an innovative accountancy business that provides services to Facilities Services and Transport & Logistics businesses.
Within this role, your duties will include maintaining and updating the clients contract and invoicing systems.
Requirements for the position include:
* Processing invoicing and credit notes;
* Maintaining customer computer files;
* Processing wage information in accordance with timetables;
* Produce and distribute reports required for Operational divisions;
* Assist with Invoice and wage queries;
* Contract starts and ceases;
* Processing and reconciling purchase invoices;
The successful candidate will have:
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Good administration and numeracy skills
* Be highly organised and proactive
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a controlled environment, the ability to manage a large and variable workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of their assigned work.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
