About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated Multisports Coach to lead our Disability Multi-Sport sessions on:
* Monday: 14:00–15:00
* Thursday: 15:30–16:30
This is a flexible, casual coaching role where you'll plan and deliver fun, inclusive, and engaging activities, ensuring participants of all abilities enjoy a positive and safe sporting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, lead, and deliver engaging Multisport sessions.
* Support and inspire participants of all abilities to get involved and build confidence.
* Ensure safety and wellbeing of all participants throughout sessions.
* Set up, maintain, and pack away equipment and activity areas.
* Create a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging environment.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience in sports coaching, ideally with disability sport or inclusive sessions.
* Passion for helping people enjoy and benefit from sport.
* Friendly, approachable, and supportive personality.
* Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently.
* Calm under pressure with strong communication and organisational skills.
* Relevant coaching qualifications.
