Pay Rate: £25-£35 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver targeted, engaging tuition in GCSE Maths and/or English, aligned with current curriculum standards.
* Create personalised learning plans that address each student’s unique academic needs and exam goals.
* Support students in building confidence, knowledge and exam strategies to improve performance.
* Adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles, including providing additional support for students with SEN needs where required.
* Track and report progress regularly to parents, carers, and the education team.
* Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring Maths and/or English at GCSE level.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Must have, or be willing to undertake, an Enhanced DBS check.
* Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain concepts clearly and accessibly
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
* PGCE in Secondary Education and/or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable
