Duties
* Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans that align with educational standards.
* Manage classroom dynamics effectively to promote a conducive learning atmosphere.
* Provide individualized tutoring and support to students as needed.
* Utilize behavior management techniques to address student needs and maintain discipline.
* Engage students through hands-on activities in subjects like culinary arts, theater, and dance.
* Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum offerings and share best practices.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and classroom activities.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends.
Qualifications
* Experience working with children or adults in an educational setting is preferred.
* Strong skills in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management.
* Familiarity with early childhood education principles and special education practices is a plus.
* Background in subjects such as photography, ballet, cooking, dancing, sewing, or theater is desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to manage behavior effectively and support childhood development.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students of all backgrounds.

Pay: £113.23-£246.64 per day
Expected hours: 30 per week
