Job Title: Residential Support Worker – Hertfordshire
Location: Hertfordshire
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
About the Role:
Support vulnerable children and young people in a residential care setting, promoting their physical and emotional well-being and helping them achieve positive outcomes in life.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide day-to-day care and emotional support to residents
2. Assist with daily routines, education, and leisure activities
3. Record and report observations accurately
4. Promote safeguarding and child protection
5. Work closely with families, social workers, and other professionals

Qualifications and Essential Requirements:
11. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards it)
12. Previous experience working with children or vulnerable individuals
13. Strong communication and teamwork skills
14. A full UK driving license (often preferred or required)
