Job Role As Head of Private Client, you will manage your own varied caseload and lead a small team, focusing on high-quality matters such as Wills, LPAs, Trusts, Probate, and Tax advice. You will play a key role in developing and expanding the department, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional client service. Key Responsibilities &x2022; Managing a varied caseload of Wills, Trusts, Probate, Tax Planning, and LPAs. &x2022; Leading and mentoring a small team, providing support and supervision. &x2022; Driving strategic development, compliance, and best practice within the department. &x2022; Building strong client relationships and promoting the firm's services. &x2022; Managing team billing targets and operational efficiencies. &x2022; Playing an active role in the firm's wider leadership discussions. Job Requirements &x2022; A qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5&x2013;7 years' PQE in Private Client work. &x2022; Demonstrable leadership and management experience. &x2022; Strong technical expertise across all areas of Private Client law. &x2022; Excellent communication, client care, and organisational skills. &x2022; Proactive, commercially aware, and passionate about growing a department. &x2022; Strong IT skills and familiarity with case management systems advantageous.
