Blue Light Services Specialist Vehicles Ltd is a leading provider of bespoke emergency service vehicles, with a reputation for quality, innovation, and customer-centric solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our accessible vehicles division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships, and representing the company at industry events. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events as a brand ambassador
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and pipeline progress
Provide market feedback and contribute to product development discussions
Reporting to National Head of Sales
#Travel Requirements
Frequent travel to customer sites nationwide
Overnight stays required depending on location and client schedules
Attendance at key trade shows and exhibitions, occasionally over weekends
#Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the automotive or accessible vehicles sector.
Confident negotiator with a consultative sales approach
Full UK driving licence (Category C1 would be beneficial)
