About the Admin Assistant Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Admin Assistant to join our team. This is not your typical admin role — it combines traditional administrative duties with hands-on support in assembly, quality checking, and data coordination across multiple software platforms.
Key Responsibilities of the Admin Assistant
* Perform general administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and record keeping.
* Support light assembly work and assist with quality checking of components.
* Work across multiple software systems to ensure data consistency — identifying and resolving discrepancies between MRP systems, software platforms, and physical components.
* Monitor and manage multiple tabs and data sources simultaneously, ensuring that records are aligned and accurate.
* Investigate mismatches (e.g., MRP system shows green, software shows red) and resolve inconsistencies.
* Maintain and update records using Google Documents and other internal tools.
* Ensure that products and data correspond correctly across systems and physical inventory.
What We’re Looking For in an Admin Assistant
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Comfortable working with multiple software systems and switching between tabs.
* Ability to understand and resolve data mismatches and inconsistencies.
* Experience with MRP systems and Google Docs is highly desirable.
* Office-based role — must be comfortable working on a PC full-time.
* A proactive mindset and willingness to get involved in both admin and hands-on tasks.
