Transport Planner - Planning Consultancy (UK) Location: Kent Salary: Flexible I'm working with a well-established, independent planning consultancy that's looking to strengthen its transport team with the addition of a Transport Planner. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work on high-quality development projects, gain exposure to a broad client base, and progress within a supportive, technically strong environment. The Role You'll be involved in a wide range of development-led transport planning work, supporting planning applications from pre-application stage through to determination and delivery. The role offers genuine variety and the chance to take ownership of projects as your experience grows. Key responsibilities include: Preparing Transport Statements, Transport Assessments and Travel Plans Providing transport input to planning applications and appeals Undertaking junction capacity assessments and basic modelling Liaising with local highway authorities, clients, architects and planners Supporting senior team members on larger and more complex schemes Assisting with site appraisals and feasibility studies About You This role would suit a graduate or early-career Transport Planner, or someone at a more intermediate level looking to step up.
