We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team in a dynamic care environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our care facility, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained for all children. You will need at least 2 year experience working within children care and also a clear DBS.
3 bed LD, new service with a very experienced Registered manager and Responsible individual.
Key Points
* Level 3 or above in residential childcare is essential
* Senior support workers are welcome to apply
* Level 5 diploma qualification support will be provided.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Manager in the overall operation of the care home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Supervise and support staff in the administration of medication and implementation of care plans.
* Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
