Overview
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Parts Advisor to support daily enquiries and orders related to agricultural and specialist vegetable machinery parts.
Reporting to the Parts & Retail Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service-whether in person, by phone, or via email-ensuring customers and technicians receive accurate information and efficient order processing.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to day-to-day customer and technician queries regarding machinery parts
Process, dispatch, and manage customer orders efficiently
Provide outstanding customer service across face-to-face, telephone, and email interactions
Assist with general retail and showroom duties as required
Maintain a professional, helpful, and friendly approach at all times
Required Skills & Experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact diplomatically and professionally
Good knowledge of agricultural and specialist vegetable machinery
Enjoy working with the general public and delivering excellent service
Understanding of relevant machinery products
Experience in a retail or showroom environment (desirable)
Ability to work well in a busy environment and remain calm under pressure
Confident using computers, email, and the internet
High level of numeracy and literacy
