The Opportunity
As a Technical Specialist, you’ll be the technical authority across key projects—leading from the front, ensuring excellence in delivery, and driving innovation across the team.
* Lead high‑value technical projects and ensure delivery on time, budget, and quality.
* Take ownership of technical governance and engineering standards.

* Provide mentorship and coaching, developing the next generation of engineers.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a seasoned engineering professional with the credibility and confidence to lead.
Essential
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
* 10+ years’ experience in mechanical/manufacturing engineering.
* Strong background in electro‑mechanical system design & testing.
* Expertise in automation, machines, and system integration.
* Proven track record leading large or multiple complex projects.
* Advanced knowledge of engineering standards (BS8888, GD&T, etc.).
* A hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset and ability to deliver end‑to‑end projects.
Desirable
* Automation safety standards (ISO 12100, ISO 13849, etc.).
* Industry 4.0 / 5.0 awareness.
* PLC or programming experience (C++, Python, IEC 61131).
* Hydraulics, Pneumatics, or vision systems knowledge.
