We are a growing solar panel business based in Waltham Abbey and are looking for a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, comfortable with emails, and happy to support the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming phone calls and handling customer enquiries professionally
Managing emails and general correspondence
Scheduling appointments and updating calendars
Data entry and maintaining customer records
Preparing and sending quotes, invoices, and other documents (training provided)
Liaising with customers, installers, and suppliers
General day-to-day administrative support for the team
Skills & Experience
Previous admin or office experience (preferred but not essential)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Good organisation and time management skills
Confident using computers, email, and basic office software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
