Who are we looking for: Principal Valuer who will carry out property inspections and valuations, analyse rental transactions, devise schemes of valuation, negotiate proposals and appeals with professional agents/rate payers, and act as an expert witness. You will be required to assist the Divisional Assessor alongside the Divisional Valuers, in the supervision of the valuation team. This role will require you to deputise for the Divisional Valuer when required. You will have a positive, professional attitude together with the ability to work under pressure while ensuring strict deadlines are achieved and the ability to work as part of a team, or individually. In addition, you will be required to drive to survey appointment and scheduled meetings. A full driving licence and use of a car for business purposes, or the ability to drive a pool car for business purposes, is desirable for this role, but not required.
