Role Overview
As a Maths Academic Coach, your role will be to provide tailored academic support to students across Key Stage 3 and 4. Working closely with the Maths department, you’ll assist in lessons, support students on a one-to-one basis, and lead small group booster sessions aimed at raising attainment. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for Maths and a desire to help young people succeed.
Candidate Profile
This position is well-suited to a recent Maths graduate who is enthusiastic about supporting students and considering a career in teaching. You’ll need strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, supportive approach. Experience working with young people is a plus, but not essential. The ideal candidate will be looking to pursue a career in teaching maths.
