Main Job Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee the financial operations of the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support regional business objectives and growth plans.
* Provide financial advice and support to regional management teams for decision-making processes.
* Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal control policies.
* Manage the regional finance team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
* Collaborate with other departments to drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.
* Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Report to the Head of Finance on a regular basis, and support tasks assigned by HQ office.
* Establish a good relationship with external parties such as external auditor, tax agents and bankers.
* Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
* At least 8 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
* Strong financial analysis and budgeting skills.
* Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
* Proficiency in financial software and systems.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* English as the main working language
