Class 1 Drivers - Days, Nights & Tramping

Start Times:
1. Days/Tramping: Between 04:00 - 06:00
2. Nights: Between 16:00 - 17:00
Pay Rates:
3. Days/Tramping: £16.40
4. Nights: £17.15

Candidates with significant Class 1 experience are encouraged to apply. However, those with a few months of solid Class 1 driving experience will also be considered.
The Role
We have a variety of Class 1 opportunities available to suit your preference:
Days
5. Deliver timber to builders' merchants across the UK
6. Average 4-6 drops per day (sometimes as few as 1-2)
Night Trunking
7. Trunking between depots
8. Typically 1-2 trailer swaps per shift
9. No handballing involved
Tramping
10. Nationwide deliveries with 4 nights out per week
11. Night out allowance paid
Key Responsibilities (All Roles)
12. Safely drive modern curtain-sided vehicles across the UK
13. Ensure goods are securely strapped before journeys
14. Operate in compliance with FORS Gold level safety standards
15. Drive in a safe and professional manner at all times
Benefits
16. Competitive Pay: £18.00 per hour after 8 hours

21. Night Trunking Bonus: £10.50 per shift

Requirements
23. Valid LGV C+E Licence
24. Up-to-date CPC and DIGI card
25. Maximum of 6 points on your licence
26. No DD, DR, or IN endorsements
27. All drivers must pass an on-site assessment
