The Recruitment Manager will lead on the regional talent acquisition strategy and will manage end-to-end recruitment processes and related activities.\n\nClient Details\n\nMy client is a leading organisation in their sector.\n\nDescription\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPartner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment and talent selection plans, aimed at attracting and retaining top talent\nCollaborate with hiring managers to create job adverts for open roles\nPromote vacancies across the career's pages, job boards, and social media platforms\nFoster strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure the successful filling of specialist positions\nManage the existing Preferred Supplier List (PSL) of external recruitment agencies, ensuring all rates and terms of business are kept up to date\nScreen CVs, share suitable candidates with hiring managers, and provide regular updates to applicants throughout the hiring process\nOversee the management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring all candidate information and recruitment activities are recorded\nIdentify and headhunt potential candidates\nOrganise interviews, coordinate all communications, and manage internal diaries\nAdvise managers on best interview practices and techniques\nCoordinate all interview processes and evaluate candidates with hiring managers\nPrepare and send offer letters and contracts\nGather employment references and coordinate new hires' start dates\nLead the onboarding and induction processes, as well as monitoring new hires during their probationary period to ensure a smooth transition\nDevelop partnerships with universities, professional bodies, and external organisations to deliver work experience and early career programmes\nContribute to building and maintaining a strong recruitment brand, and actively promote the business as an employer of choice\nEnsure transparency and fairness in all internal recruitment activities\nProvide regular reports and management information\nAssist HR and operations with various admin tasksProfile\n\nA strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and candidate selection, to onboarding and retention\nPrevious experience in either internal or agency recruitment\nExperience of recruiting within business or professional services is preferred\nProficient in HR systems, including an Applicant Tracking Systems\nStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices\nExcellent communication skills\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlinesJob Offer\n\nFull-time or Part-time - flexible on working days and patterns\nSalary of £40,000 - £50,000 pro rata\n25 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays\nHybrid working\nExcellent career progression opportunities\nOngoing professional development\nExcellent employee benefits package including private medical insurance
