Role Responsibilities As Estimator, you will be responsible for: * Completing take-offs * Preparing bills of quantities * Producing accurate cost estimates using Estimate software * Gathering and analysing subcontractor quotations * Liaising with internal departments, stakeholders, and clients. About You We’re looking for an Estimator with: * Previous experience in civils or main contracting * Experience working on frameworks and a strong understanding of rates * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Good supply chain relationships across the North East (advantageous, not essential) Our client is open to applicants from Assistant, Intermediate, and Senior levels.
