Your new role
Your job is to partner with leadership teams across the business, providing expert coaching, advice, and guidance on internalmunications. You will design and deliver internalmunications and engagement campaigns that support the organisation's mission, and create a mutual understanding of goals, plans and ambitions during a period of change. You will develop and implement key strategic changemunications plans reflecting organisational changes whilst keeping up engagement. You will partner with senior leaders to cascade key messages, and be a trusted advisor on the best way to deliver colleaguemunications. You will also mentor and work closely with colleagues in the internalmunications team to foster a high-performing and supportive culture.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an expert at translating strategic content to deliverpelling content and collateral for employees, so they feel informed, engaged, and can understand how they contribute topany objectives. You’ll befortable advising and collaborating with senior stakeholders, and able to think and plan for the big picture while also translating it into practical actions and oues, helping colleagues understand their role in achieving business aims. You will also have experience of mentoring and managing colleagues to achieve a collaborative and consistent approach to internalmunications across the organisation.
What you'll get in return
You will earn a daily rate of between £350 - £400 per day (PAYE/Umbrella). You will work hybrid from offices in Brighton 1-2 days per week, and have the opportunity to help shape and develop an evolving internalmunications business partnering structure during a period of change.
