MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Open and close the store following the correct company procedures
2. Encourage continuous improvement through ongoing feedback
3. To achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
4. Deliver total customer satisfaction to every customer, following the end-to-end customer journey – from entering the store to leaving the store.
5. Help to ensure the store remains commercial as possible followingcompany guidelines
6. Adhere to company’s policies and procedures
7. Responsible for maintaining health, safety, and environmental standards in store
8. Perform other duties are required from the management team
REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:
