We are looking for a Retail Colleague (our term for Retail Assistant). As a Retail Colleague, you won’t just help customers; you’ll bring theatre to the retail experience with your enthusiasm. You should love our products and live them daily—using our utensils for breakfast, selling them all day, and using them at home in the evening. Your lived-in knowledge will bring our products to life for customers, showing their benefits. This role isn’t for those who prefer to blend into the background; we want energetic individuals who see the store as a stage and put our products in the spotlight. If that’s you, this is your big break.
